Principals

Todd Parlee
Senior Partner
Todd Parlee is not only passionate about his work, he's passionate about how his work affects, improves and expands the success of all of his clients. Todd was born and raised in Doylestown, PA. He graduated from Moravian College in 1993, where he received his BA in Graphic Design and Fine Arts.

Michael hired Todd almost 20 years ago as a Graphic Designer at what was then Michael Stumpf and Associates, Inc. Todd then headed and developed the agency’s website division, enabling MSA to become a full service marketing force with equal focus on both traditional and web marketing. He move quickly up the ranks until he gained the position he holds today, senior partner. Now, at ParleeStumpf, Todd is currently immersed in sales, overall agency management, Internet technical services and strategy development for a multitude of clients.

Todd married his college sweetheart Janna, and they have two children, Claire and Drew. When not out meeting with clients and overseeing his amazing team, Todd likes to relax at home with his family in Hilltown. They enjoy traveling to the Florida Keys or Disney World during the cold days of winter.

In rare moments of actual free time, he also loves reading, playing guitar, surfing, and playing soccer.

Michael J. Stumpf
Senior Partner
Michael, a native of Doylestown, served four years as a Navy photographer after receiving his degree in Liberal Arts. Following military service he began an 18 year banking career, leaving the industry as Executive Vice President/Data Processing, Human Resources/Marketing & Product Development/Branch Distribution Systems for a $250 million regional bank. He served three terms as President of the 2600 member Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce. Michael has served as Trustee, Board Member and Advisory Board Member for over two dozen local and regional businesses and organizations. He organized ParleeStumpf, then Michael Stumpf & Associates, Inc. in 1989.

Jaclyn Sergo
Senior Graphic Designer
Jaclyn was born in Doylestown, lived in California and currently resides in Warrington, PA. Jackie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from Drexel University in 2005. She is a member of AIGA, the American Institute of Graphic Arts, the oldest and most prestigious association for professionals engaged in the discipline, practice and culture of designing. Prior to joining Michael Stumpf & Associates, she was a freelance graphic and website designer for a number of prominent corporations in Doylestown
and Philadelphia.

Diane Jaynes
Client Services Coordinator
A native of Philadelphia, Diane moved to Chalfont, PA at an early age. She is a graduate of Central Bucks West High School. Prior to joining ParleeStumpf, she was an Account Manager/Print Buyer for a large direct marketing firm in Montgomeryville, PA, and Senior Print Buyer at a major insurance company in Horsham, PA. Diane’s responsibilities include creating project estimates, developing schedules and ensuring that all projects achieve production and scheduling goals. Diane lives in East Rock Hill, PA.

Luanne Basile
Accounting Coordinator
Luanne graduated from West Virginia University where she received a BSBA degree with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance. Upon graduating from WVU she was employed by FMC Corporation in Englewood, NJ as an Accounting Supervisor for 5 years. Following her move to Pennsylvania, she was employed part time with a CPA firm for 3 years and earned her Enrolled Agent Certification. Luanne has been with ParleeStumpf since 2002.\
